📱 Summary: Quadrax does not collect any personal information. No name, email, account, or device ID is ever collected. During the beta, an optional in-game feedback form may send anonymous gameplay statistics to help improve the game. No internet connection is required to play.

Information Collection and Use

Quadrax does not collect any personal information. The only data that may leave your device is anonymous gameplay feedback, and only if you choose to submit it through the in-game feedback form.

What We NEVER Collect:

No personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
No account or login credentials
No device identifiers or advertising IDs
No location data
No microphone, camera, or contacts access
No cookies or persistent tracking technologies

How the App Works:

All game progress and settings are saved locally on your device only
No internet connection is required to play
No accounts or sign-ins are required
No advertisements are displayed
No in-app purchases are present

Beta Feedback (Optional)

During the beta period, Quadrax includes an optional in-game feedback form that appears after a match. Submitting feedback is entirely voluntary — you can dismiss it at any time.

If you choose to submit feedback, the following anonymous information is sent:

Your input: Star rating (1–5), feedback category, and any optional comment you type
Automatic game stats: Match result (win/loss), AI difficulty level, match duration, player level, and score
Device context: Operating system name (e.g. "Windows", "Android", "Linux") and game version number

This data is fully anonymous — it contains no name, email, account, device ID, or any information that can identify you personally.

Submitted feedback is stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Goxod Software LLC and is used solely to improve the game. It is never sold or shared with third parties.

The feedback system will be removed or made opt-in after the beta period ends.

Children's Privacy

Quadrax is designed to be family-friendly and safe for all ages, including children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone. The optional beta feedback form collects only anonymous gameplay statistics — no name, contact information, or identifying data of any kind.

Parents can be assured that:

No personal information is collected from children or adults
No communication with other players is possible (single-player and local multiplayer only)
No advertisements are displayed
No in-app purchases are present
The feedback form is optional and can simply be dismissed

Local Data Storage

Game progress, settings, and unlocked content are stored locally on your device using your platform's standard storage. This data:

Never leaves your device
Is not accessible to Goxod Software or any third parties
Can be deleted by uninstalling the app
Is not backed up to cloud services by us

Third-Party Services

Quadrax does not use advertising networks, analytics SDKs, social media integrations, or crash reporting services.

During the beta period only, the optional feedback form uses Google Apps Script (a Google service) to receive and store anonymous submissions in a private Google Sheet. Google's privacy policy applies to this transmission: policies.google.com/privacy.

No other third-party services are used.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
